- Do you have less than $30,000.00 in realisable assets? Realisable assets include: investments, property assets, interest in companies or recreational vehicles ie: boats, caravans?
Note: For tenants who require major or full disability modifications the realisable asset limit is $60,000.

You can download the application form and mail to your nearest Housing Network office. If you prefer, contact your nearest office to have an application form sent to you.
Your application will be assessed and you will be notified in writing of the outcome. If you are eligible your application will be placed on The Housing Network’s Housing Register.
Please note: Applicants are allocated to properties according to suitability - the Register is not a waiting list.
