Urgent Repairs

Urgent Maintenance is required in the event of one of the following:

1. Burst water pipe
2. Blocked or broken toilet
3. Serious roof leak
4. Any gas leak
5. Electrical fault (considered dangerous)
6. Flooding
7. Serious storm damage
8. Fire damage
9. Failure of gas, electricity, water supply
10. Complete failure of an appliance required for heating, cooking or bathing
11. Serious fault to lift
12. Serious fault – stairs, handrail, treads
13. Faults rendering premises unsafe or insecure. (damaged front or rear door, windows etc)
14. Dangerous concrete path
15. Side gate for rear yard security (for child safety)
16. Broken window/s
17. Blockage – kitchen, bathroom, shower, laundry
